| Cancellations obviously adversely effect us. When a last minute cancellation occurs, it affords us little chance of re-selling the space. Should situations arise requiring a change or a cancellation in your reservation, we of course sympathize, but must maintain a business policy and stand by our cancellation requirements. A change or cancellation of a confirmed reservation more than 30 days in advance will not have any adverse effect in refunding your deposit, other than bank/credit card fees. You may also use the deposit toward a different date. A cancellation or change of a confirmed reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, early departure, or non-arrival for any reason, will be charged the FULL PRICE OF THE ENTIRE STAY. A letter of credit may be issued for the amount charged and can be used for a future booking within the next calendar year, depending on room availability. Letters of credit are also transferrable. Reservations that are split will count as one reservation and any changes or cancellation of days will revert to the start date of the initial reservation. Above rules will apply. We are not responsible for bad weather. * refunds will be sent by check or wire transferred to your bank account |
